Digital Business and Operations
Kenya's digital services and business process sector is one of its fastest-growing employers. It hires on skill, not just on certificates. This diploma gives you both.
You learn business systems and office technology, data handling and quality, customer operations and the basics of digital marketing and commerce. You learn to use AI tools productively and to check their output, as every modern operations team now does.
You work on real placements with our partner businesses from your first term. You graduate with a national diploma and a portfolio of real work that proves you can run operations from day one.
