Construction Technology
Set out, supervise and check quality on real construction sites.

Course overview
Construction Technology
Kenya's housing and infrastructure programme needs more than builders. It needs people who can read drawings, set out a site, check quality and keep work moving. That supervisory layer is where the shortage is sharpest.
This diploma trains you for that role. You learn setting out and levelling, drawings, materials testing, quantities and site safety. You are introduced to digital surveying and building information modelling as tools for running a real site.
Much of your learning happens on live construction sites with our host contractors. You graduate with a national diploma and a record of real site work that proves you are ready to supervise.
